Roster Import - Spreadsheet Format Description
General File Requirements
- The import file must be an Excel Spreadsheet (.xlsx)
- If the spreadsheet has multiple sheets, the Roster must be the first sheet.
- The first line of the Roster must contain the Column headings (more details below).
- The participants are listed starting on line 2.
Column Definitions
- Column Headings (in the first row of the sheet) are case-sensitive and space-sensitive.
- The spreadsheet columns can be in any order -- the column heading defines which data is in each column.
- Columns which don't match one of the supported names (below) are ignored.
- Data values are case-sensitive.
- ** Dates can be specified in a variety of formats, however, the "MM DD YY" form does not work.

If this column does not exist, the End Date of the class is used for the completion date for all participants in the file. This column may be useful if some participants didn't complete the class (leave blank), or finished at a later date. |
